Perform routine maintenance and inspections on cooling towers, including:
Checking water levels and water quality
Inspecting fans, motors, pumps and overall unit integrity
Cleaning and maintaining heat exchangers/tube bundles
Troubleshoot and repair cooling tower equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including:
Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Following safety procedures for working at heights and around moving machinery
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Project Coordinator
SPOKANE, WA
Position Overview
This position’s primary responsibility is to oversee the successful execution of large mission critical HVAC projects. This person will manage the post-sale product coordination, delivery, startup, commissioning and warranty execution periods associated with the complex equipment that Johnson Barrow provides. They will work with the sales team to manage product shipment, availability and the commission process of these projects. They must be comfortable on job sites and working with various project management software (example cx alloy). This person will proactively identify opportunities to improve our project delivery method to ensure the client has the best experience possible. This will mean working with external customers, building owners, general contractors, sub-contractors, manufacturers and internal communication with sales, service and parts teams to deliver the best experience possible.
