We feel that ABB capabilities, now coupled with Johnson Barrow’s commitment to superior customer service, market education, parts, warranty, and service support, will further elevate local support of ABB products. Johnson Barrow will have a dedicated staff of product experts in each market for ABB, and all JB start-up and warranty technicians will be certified on ABB products. We also have committed to maintaining a large amount of local inventory in each market, so we can quickly respond to fast moving project timelines or quick drive replacement requests.
